While submitting the support ticket, please explain the issues with the help of a screenshot or video to make it visually clear. You can use the Chrome extension such as Lightshot to take a screenshot and Loom for recording video(recommended) straight from your browser. It helps our team to quickly identify the issues and provide you with a quick response.
