That’s where VIP Support can help. For 12 months, you get the following with VIP Support service:
- Your support tickets will be the first ones to be answered. It means you can expect a quick response to your issues and a quick solution.
- Provide minor CSS customization code.
- Help debug the problem caused by a theme or plugin conflict and give advice on how to fix it.
- Provide recommendations (if any) to improve your site.
VIP Support service doesn’t cover the following:
- Our product customization or adding new features. For this, we have customization services for which you can hire us.
- Doing extensive customization with CSS code.
This service is valid for a single website. Our team offers support during business days ( 9 AM – 6 PM UTC +5:45) and occasionally during weekends.
