In any case, that the product(s) you purchased from us didn’t work as advertised or as shown on our demo site and we couldn’t resolve the issue for some reason, we will offer a full money refund within 14 days of the product(s) purchase without any questions asked.
Since the theme has its own demo, features comparison table, documentation, etc., we recommend that you explore all those resources and evaluate the product’s feasibility, licensing scopes, updates, support terms, etc.

Before you ask for a refund
If you purchased our product(s) and are experiencing technical issues of any kind because of it, we recommend that you contact our expert support team and seek their assistance. Our team will often be able to troubleshoot the problem you are facing. Our Customer Happiness team member will also follow up with you, generally within 24 hours, to check if the problem persists.

A few conditions for a refund
- After you place your refund request, we might ask you for an opportunity to try and resolve the issue for you. If you are unwilling to receive this assistance, we will continue with the refund process as soon as we are able to.
- Refund claims may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After that, we are not liable to process any refunds.
- By requesting and receiving the money refund, you agree to give up your ownership of the product license and agree to cease the use of our products immediately.
License Renewal Refund
If you purchased our yearly plan, the renewal would take place automatically. Before the renewal of the product(s), we sent out emails beforehand of the renewal date. You can use this opportunity if you want to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment can be automatically processed.
In case you missed the window, we will happily offer you a refund for the automatic renewal within 14 days of the renewal date.
To ensure transparency and fairness, we apply a 10% fee on refunds for renewals. This fee helps cover administrative costs and non-refundable transaction fees incurred on our end. We provide advance notice of upcoming renewals, so if you wish to cancel, please do so before the renewal date to avoid any charges.
